Bethesda: Man Files Suit For a PlayStation and Copy of Fallout 4

On the heels of a Russian lawsuit against the game company, Bethesda, Bill Gowan of Toledo Ohio took action as well.
“I feel like I’m being deprived of a basic human right,” Gowan said. “It’s as if I’m watching my mid-thirties fly by without any modern consoles to show for it.”
“This guy in Russia is filing a suit because Fallout 4 is so addictive, well I didn’t even have the opportunity to be addicted. A PlayStation 4 is just way outside my budget, my credit cards are maxed out, and Fallout 4 price tag is a ‘kick him while he’s down’ move. All I want is justice. Justice and a way to play Fallout without spending my own money.”
“I thought about turning to piracy, but a lawsuit seemed so much more professional,” Gown added.
Gowan’s lawyers were surprisingly lax about his decision to speak about the lawsuit. They just waived their hands in indifference. We’ll keep you updated on the results, should the case go to trial.
